What does 'live internet search' mean?
The engine queries the current, live web, not a fixed knowledge base with a training cutoff. Results reflect what is publicly available at the moment you run the check.
Can it identify misinformation?
It surfaces cases where a claim diverges from the body of available reporting or public records, and it notes where counter-narratives exist. Whether a divergence constitutes misinformation is a judgment the editor still makes. The tool gives you the evidence; the editorial call stays with you.
Does it work across a multi-day shoot?
Yes. On a long project with multiple sittings, the fact-checker can include what the subject said in an earlier session as context, so a follow-up claim in Day 12 is checked against both the public record and Day 04's tape.
Is it searching my transcripts or the internet?
